What we collect.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Content you create — ratings, trip reports, and race submissions you post through the site.
• Server logs — standard web server logs: IP address, timestamp, request path, and response code. These exist for debugging and abuse prevention, not for tracking.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers. No third-party analytics scripts. No fingerprinting. No cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for your session and authentication. We do not embed social media buttons, pixel tags, or anything else that phones home to a third party while you browse.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in a self-hosted PostgreSQL database in the United States. We do not use cloud database services that process data outside the US. We do not replicate your data to third-party services except as described here.

Email

We send email only for transactional purposes: confirming your account, resetting your password, and (when payments are active) confirming a purchase. We do not send newsletters, promotional emails, or product updates unless you have explicitly asked for them.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all associated data — ratings and trip reports included — directly from your account page. Prefer email? Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and we will process the request within seven days.

Data sales

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Full stop.
