Terms of use

Plain-language terms.

These are the rules for using Hundred Atlas. We've written them to be readable, not to obscure anything. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

Accuracy disclaimer

Race dates, distances, and course details change. We compile data from public sources and hand-verify entries, but we are not the race organizer. Before you book a flight, take race-day leave, or enter a lottery, confirm dates and details directly with the race. Hundred Atlas is a reference tool, not an authoritative record.

Your content

You own what you write — your ratings, trip reports, and race submissions. By posting them on Hundred Atlas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content as part of the service. We do not claim ownership. We will not sell your words to a third party.

Acceptable use

Use the atlas in good faith. Specifically: no fake reviews, no spam submissions, no bots, no scraping at a scale that degrades the site for others. We remove content that is dishonest, abusive, or otherwise garbage. If you are not sure whether something is okay, ask before you post.

Accounts

Creating an account is free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, and we do not owe a refund for features lost as a result of a suspension we caused.

Atlas Pass

Payments are not currently active. When the Atlas Pass is live, the following applies:

The Atlas Pass is a one-time payment of $5.00 USD. It unlocks reading and writing runner ratings and trip reports. There is no subscription and no renewal. If you change your mind within thirty days of purchase, email [email protected] and we will refund it, no questions asked.

Liability

Hundred Atlas is provided as-is. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for race-related decisions made using this data — including missed entries, travel expenses, or injuries sustained during events. Use good judgment and verify critical information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
