Canebrake 200
Launched in 2023 by Yeti Trail Runners, Canebrake 200 circles two nested loops—a 5.5-mile inner and a 9.5-mile outer—in Sweetwater Creek State Park outside Atlanta, accumulating 200 miles over a 96-hour cutoff on compacted dirt trails, roots, rocks, and gravel. The course passes textile mill ruins and Hunger Games filming locations. A sleep station, open kitchen with hot home-cooked meals, and the highest finish rate among Southeast 200-milers define its character. A companion 100-miler runs simultaneously on a 48-hour cutoff.
