First held in 2022, Fall Creek 100 runs multiple loops through Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee, covering 11,500 feet of gain over a course described as deliberately gentler than most regional trails — minimal rocks and roots, pine forest, mossy fern-lined creek tracks, two suspension bridges spanning Cane Creek and Piney Creek Falls, and 4 miles along the shoreline of Fall Creek Falls Lake. The 32-hour cutoff and manageable terrain position it as an accessible hundred in a state park that stays open to the public throughout.
