Fools Ultra 220
The Fools Ultra 220 covers approximately 226 miles point-to-point from the Lake Ontario shoreline through the Adirondack Mountains to Lake Champlain, finishing at the Samuel Champlain Statue near Port Henry, NY. Racers have 7 days (168 hours) to complete the course — about 29 miles per day — and choose between crewed and self-supported categories. Navigation is the runner's responsibility. Part of the Fools multiday series launched in 2023, this distance shares its final stretch through Tupper Lake, Saranac Lake, and Lake Placid with the 420-mile entrants.
