Goat Rattler
Sep 18, 2026
Inaugural in 2025, Goat Rattler 100 runs 101.5 miles point-to-point through the Wasatch Mountains above Ogden — 96% singletrack, 22,234 feet of gain — starting at McGriff Park in North Ogden before a mandatory 1.5-mile vehicle shuttle across Pineview Dam at mile 48.8 for runner safety. The 36-hour cutoff and sheer vert place it among the harder Utah 100s; organizers caution against attempting it as a first 100. Live Garmin tracking is provided for all runners. In 2025, 31 of the inaugural starters finished.
