Great Divide
First held in September 2021, the Great Divide Ultra runs entirely within Mueller State Park above Divide, Colorado — six 14.8-mile loops plus one 10.5-mile loop on 100% smooth single- and double-track through Pikes Peak granite meadows at 9,189 to 9,743 feet. The 16,071-foot gain is relentless but non-technical; no scrambling, no navigation. The 36-hour cutoff, aid every 4 to 6 miles, and open meadow exposure make altitude and early-June weather the primary variables. The race has sold out three consecutive years.
