Kansas Fall Extravaganza
Oct 28, 2026
Run on the Prairie Spirit Trail, a converted rail corridor between Ottawa and Iola, Kansas, the Kansas Fall Extravaganza covers the 100-mile out-and-back on crushed limestone with asphalt stretches through small prairie towns. The course is flat and non-technical — only about 1,500 feet of gain — and crew-accessible throughout, with manned aid stations roughly every 5 miles. The 30-hour cutoff and gentle surface make it one of the more accessible 100-milers in the Midwest.
