Ozark Foothills
The Ozark Foothills Endurance Runs have offered a 100-mile option since at least 2016, making it one of the few 100-milers in the greater St. Louis area. The course runs four loops of an approximately 26-mile circuit through Greensfelder County Park in Wildwood, Missouri — Deer Run, Eagle Valley, Mustang, Beulah, Fossil Ridge, DeClue, and Green Rock trails — 14,000 feet of cumulative gain across classic Ozark rock-and-root singletrack with creek crossings and scattered steep grades. The 32-hour cutoff leaves little margin. All 100-mile finishers earn a commemorative buckle.
