Rabid Raccoon
Founded in 2022, Rabid Raccoon runs 8 loops of a 12.5-mile circuit through Brady's Run Park in Beaver County — rocky singletrack laced with roots, creek crossings, and mud that can reach knee-deep after rain, plus access roads that soften the relentless technical sections. Total gain exceeds 15,000 feet across the 100-mile distance. The 36-hour cutoff and return-to-headquarters loop format make it crew-friendly, but the mental grind of the repeated lap is the race's signature obstacle. All 100-mile finishers earn a Western States qualifier; in 2026, the event marked its fifth annual edition.
