Space Pirate

Feb 20, 2027

Founded in 2023, Space Pirate 100 runs 100 miles point-to-point down Florida's Atlantic coast from Manatee Sanctuary Park in Cape Canaveral to the beach at Jensen Beach on the Treasure Coast — flat, low-elevation coastal terrain with a sand finish. The field is capped at 100 runners, all of whom must have support crews; the 31-hour cutoff is the only official assistance available from the race itself. Finishers open a Space Pirate Treasure Chest on the beach to claim their buckle. In 2024, the second annual edition drew 9 finishers across the 100-mile distance.
