Founded in 2019, the Stuffed Turkey runs 10-mile loops at Jester Park in Granger, Iowa — 100% trail on rolling hills with 455 feet of gain per loop (4,550 feet over 100 miles). The lollipop-shaped course creates two-way traffic; the 30-hour cutoff starts Saturday at 6 a.m., and pacers join at mile 50. Thanksgiving-weekend timing is the identity: race day falls on or near the holiday. The Jester Park Equestrian Center gives crews indoor space between laps. The 50k, 50-mile, and 100-mile are UTMB index qualifiers.
