Wild Goose
Wild Goose runs 100.25 miles on three repeating loops — a 4.75-mile checkered loop, a 6-mile blue loop, and a 7.75-mile pink loop — all beginning and ending at Squatch HQ in Wawayanda State Park in the New Jersey Highlands. Total gain is roughly 11,275 feet across a mix of hard-packed wide trails, rolling singletrack, rock-and-root technical sections, wooden boardwalks, and brief road segments. The 36-hour cutoff and a single checkpoint at mile 92.5 make it explicitly designed as a first 100; in 2025, Michael Kern won in 20:52 and Vanessa Kline led women in 26:06.
